Things we can do

Here is an obvious list. Most of us know and do these. But let them be here for the record:
~Carry a trash bag in the car.
~Carry own bags for shopping.
~If plastic bags do come our way, reuse them several times.
~Segregate garbage into natural matter, plastics, glass and others.
~Be miserly with water.
~Compost --and not burn-- leaf litter.
